Why can't I open up email on my iPad?

Can't open up email icon on ipad

I sent an email containing a video through dropbox. After this happened, I can not open up my email icon on the ipad

Welcome to iMore! Try resetting your iPad by holding both the power button and home button down until you see the Apple boot logo. That should fix the problem.
