    FaceTime and iMessage should be free no matter where you are.

    The only charges you should see would be for cellular data if you are not on wifi. If you are on wifi on both ends, no charges will be incurred.

    Just make sure that you are using FaceTime/FaceTime Audio and not cellular calling.
