How i can change ID on my facetime

I cant make calls on facetime from my iphone 5s . In settings it shows only email but no phone number . How can i change it as phone number to reciece and make calls

Sign in to iMessage and Facetime. Your number will go in automatically.
Where in Settings does it just show email?

Tap Apple ID


TAP sign in where mine says sign out


Follow directions and sign out
Toggle Facetime on

Do the same in iMessage "Send and Receive".
