I dropped my iPhone 6, and now it states that it's disabled. What can I do?

iPhone 6 not working keeps saying disabled try again then you try keeps saying disabled can't do nothing with it plz help

Hate to be so obvious... but you're going to need to take it to Apple or an authorized service center had see if it can be repaired or nor and go from there.
