He sent me a voice message that i kept but didn't want him to see I kept it!

What? What do you mean what can you do? Heck, we don't know. We don't even know to whom you're referring. I suppose the obvious thing is to not allow him to use your phone. Another thing you can probably do is record the VM with a digital/tape recorder and then delete the VM from your phone.

You want to hide it? Get it out of messages? You can do this. But you can't hide that you kept it. But you can show where you deleted it.
1. Toggle off iMessage.
2. Press on the audio message and tap more.
3. Tap arrow in lower right corner.
4. Enter your email address of choice in top.
5. Hit send.
6. Delete from messages.
7. Toggle iMessage back on.
8. Go to your email and drop that email in a folder.
