Items added to Photos Mac show as blank on iOS 8.3 Photos
I've been working with iCloud Photo Library for some time. My Mac Photos library *finally* appears to be synced with iCloud (about 70,000 photos and videos).
I add new photos to the Mac library via import from another source, and they appear to add ok to the library. Later, going to the iPhone, instead of seeing thumbnails for these photos, I see a blank photo with the cloud icon. Going back in my library on the phone, this appears to have occurred a lot.
I thought that maybe the thumbnails simply needed to be refreshed. Clicking on the icon, however, seems to start a progress clock that stops at 25%. I try edit mode, and it gives me the "downloading" progress clock but that also stops at 25%.
Has anyone else had this problem? (Does anyone else have a large library like me?)
