Is there a way to force the time to display on the Watch longer?

Is there a setting
Ng to force the watch face to stay open for more time when raised to function used?
I work in medical field and need to see clock for 30 to 60 seconds for vitals.

I don't think there is a way to do what you're asking. At least, I haven't found a way to do it.
