Black Boot-up Background on White iPhone 5 running iOS 8.3, is it normal?

I just bought an iPhone 5 an upgrade the iOS to the latest version. I see many threads/reviews talking about having background color during start-up according to their iPhone color. My iPhone 5 is white yet the boot-up color was black (with white apple logo). Is this normal? Anyone else experience the problem? How to fix this? Thank you.
