Why won't my Mail Drop work?

Mail Drop will not work.

I have done much research on my own to figure out what is wrong. I choose to send an email, attach a large file for test reasons, and then hit send. I get no alert box asking me if I want to use Mail Drop. When I hit send, the email goes to my drafts in Mail.

That is were I am stuck currently...

Re: Mail Drop will not work.

If you want to use Mail Drop to deliver large attachments, make sure it’s selected in iCloud Mail preferences.
