Are you unknowingly pressing the mute button when in a call? I *assume* your complaint is in regard to actual phone calls made and/or received. Have you tried talking via the supplied EarPods or via a Bluetooth headset, and if so, are the results the same? Is the case you're using, if applicable, covering the microphone on the device?
