Why can't I see all my pictures all the time?

Why can't I see all my pictures all the time? Some seem to come and go.

I have pictures that only show up occasionally and I can't find them when I want them.

Initiate the Photos app. I am *assuming* you're referring to photos on your iOS device. Anyway, tap on "Albums" at the bottom of the screen and then tap on "All Photos".

I tap on Albums but I don't see "all photos" to tap on.
