App Store app has been deleted

We don't have I cloud app, how do we get the App Store app back

You can't just delete the App Store app natively? Is your device jailbroken? If not, do a Spotlight search for the App Store. Having said that, if somehow the App Store app is indeed removed from your i-Device, you will have to restore your device to get it back.

hook up to computer with your iTunes library... sync, back-up... restore the iOS... restore the back-up, sync...
