Why isn't 3g working?

why the 3g dosent work ?

i take yestrday a new number but 3g dosent work ,,why ?
is there some settings for iphone 5 ?

Get in touch with your carrier, they need to enable 3G service on the SIM card first, then in settings cellular, turn on "cellular data" then "enable 3G"
