Why doesn' the iBooks app show the iBooks store icon or any other icons?

IBooks app does not show IBooks store icon or any other icons

When you click into my IBooks app, there is no icon to go to the IBooks store.

Iphone? iPad? When you open the app... things should be at the bottom for the store...
