Sharing apps and locating approval notifications

How do I share my apps that I already have with the other iPads on our family share plan? I have apps on my iPad that I want to share with my kids.

Where do I find notifications to approve downloads for my kids?

If I don't notice the approval notification when it first comes through I don't know where to find it.
