Why have I lost ringtones when I upgraded to iOS8?

Lost ringtones when upgraded to ios8

What is the answer? Ever since I downloaded IOS8, I have lost my ringtones...have tried EVERYTHING to restore and keep. Ready to never buy another iphone.
