How to get rid of phonetic spelling in Contac

Almost all of my Contacts have moved themselves to the letter"F" and have added Phonetic Spelling and the word FALSE. HOW can I eliminate FALSE and Phonetic Spelling from my Contacts?

Almost all of my Contacts have moved themselves to the letter"F" and have added Phonetic Spelling and the word FALSE. HOW can I eliminate FALSE and Phonetic Spelling from my Contacts?

It looks like you will have to edit all of the affected contacts. The only way to get phonetic spelling as a sort field is to add a new field - go to the contact, select EDIT and ADD FIELD (Phonetic First Name, Phonetic Last Name and others). If you have that field, you will need to clear the contents of ALL of those contacts.
