How do I fix my iPhone that is stuck halfway in restore?

My Iphone is Stuck halfway in Restore

i desided to restore my iphone 6 plus because it didnt want to update to the latest version not on the setting tab , and not via itunes , then i decided to restore it in the phone setting , it started and got stuck while showing me the logo and an empty loading bar , its been like this already for over 24 hours ,
when i try to put him in recovery mode and then trying to restore him completly from the itunes , it sends me this error Error 3194, Error 17, or "This device isn't eligible for the requested build" and noting happens . need help

Download the ipsw from Download Firmware (IPSW) Files for iOS Devices.

Put the phone in DFU and is the Option>Restore and select the downloaded ipsw.

im the maker of the post by the way , and i have already tried that option , it keeps sending me the same error , and refuses to restore

Do you have the latest version on iTunes installed on your computer?

i had to restore it to 8.1.1 from the mac to work , only that works , plus on any versions of the iphone 6 , you are unable to install a lower version of ios on that phone , it just brings you to the same issue i have , plus its a good idea to try to install it on a mac
