To check and see which apps are using data follow these steps:

1. Go into settings
2. Go into cellular
3. Scroll down and see what the cellular data usage is for each app

You can also make changes to which apps use cellular data when you do not have WiFi available. You can also close the apps by double clicking the white button and then swiping the open apps closed. Hope this helps ID what app is using data.
