The quickest way to get it back is to put the device in DFU mode, connect it to your computer/iTunes. It will download the latest iOS and install it for you, then restore your stuff from your backup. Good luck.

The only other way is to wait for the time specified in the lockout message to pass, and then enter the correct passcode.
