Can I see when was my iPhone was first activated?

I just bought an iphone, and i want to know was it activated before me, because I have bought it as a brand new.

If you've never reset the phones statistics....you can go to settings>cellular>reset statistics (on bottom should be the date of purchase/time/activation)
