Best way for syncing photos: 2 iPhones, 1 MacbookPro, 1 iPad

Question: Is there a way for 2 phones (separate iClouds) to auto-sync photos to 1 shared photos folder, where iPhoto/iTunes automatically imports new photos and syncs them via wi-fi to family iPad.

MBP: Dad/Mom got separate accounts with their own iClouds linked to it.
iPad: iCloud/AppleID of Mom's

I'm brand new to OS X. Google didn't help me much in my research. I see iPhoto have their own individual libraries and you can't import photos from private picture folder of other account on the same Mac. I wonder if there a way for Phones to put photos in "shared picture" folder automatically maybe?

That's a good question, that I was trying to solve with my iOS device for quite a time.. I'd appreiate if someone has a solution here
