Hi and welcome to iMore.

If you mean you have tried to configure an email account using an incorrect email address then go to:

Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Accounts > (the account you want to modify) > (account name) > then edit it from there.

If this is not what you mean, please let us know and we will try to help you further.
