Mophie pack for Iphone 4s

I've just received my Morphie Juice pack for my Iphone 4s. I charged it fully but when i plug it into my phone nothing happens. What should I do?

I believe it has a switch on the back of the case that you need to flick in order to use the battery pack.

You will see a little light when switched on. If still no luck remove phone from the case and reinsert again. You may not have had a good connection.
