Clock icon

I just got an iPad air and I wondered if I can move the location of my clock icon to maybe the bottom of the page

You can move it anywhere you want. Touch and long hold it until you see all your apps jiggle and then drag and drop it where you want it and let go. Once you do hit the home button to stop the apps from jiggling.
