need help building a custom ispw using my saved blobs

hello i have an iphone 3gs running on ios 6.1.3 i managed to save my blobs thank god and i need to know how can i inject thoes blobs into the official firmware i have so i can inject the firmware into my messed up iphone. my brother accidentally reset my jailbroken iphone in the generals tab of the iphone it self and it him there was no firmware found when trying to rebuild the nand help please

update i managed to get the iphone out of recovery mode and into pwned mode but now im stuck any time i try to update the phone in itunes i get error 3194 can some one please tell me how to get my iphone back to the home screen it almost seems like the entire nand was errased

Or tiny umbrella and hit exit recovery mode and your done !! Easy !!

every time i hit exit recovery in tiny umbrella nothing happens it seems like the phone is stuck in a recovery loop
