iphone 4 CDMA cydia storage

I have an iphone 4 that has been jailbroken on many ios's and now that I've come across it my cydia partition in the memory is almost full but i'm on a fresh jailbreak on ios 7.0.4 does anyone know how to clear this? i have tried restoring to a different IPSW and that didn't work i also set it up as a new phone but in iTunes it says that the is 1.23 gb of other and in cydia the storage is almost full

You could download iCleaner see if that helps to clear out some of your space
