I am unable to text photos with my iPhone 4S

On my iPhone 4s I am unable to text photos. The camera icon is greyed out. Do I accidentally have something turned off.

Make sure you have MMS messaging turned on in settings

If you do then reboot your phone and if you don't then turn it on as stated and you are good to go.
