IPad 7.0.4 (11B554a) screwing up email contacts/rebooting by itself

Ever since I downloaded update version 7.0.4 (11B554a), my Gmail contacts + is not working with iPad 3 Contacts, and occasionally reboots by itself. I am not a developer. Where can I download update 7.1 beta and 7.2 beta?

There are places you can download...but installing is another issue. Apple fixed the 'bug' that allowed non-developers to install the first 7.1 beta. Devices have to be enrolled into the Apple Developer program... And there are ways that can be done, but we don't discuss those here... You're on your own...
