Music playlists

I know how to create playlists in iTunes, but it relies on me knowing every song in my library, going through my list of song and adding them to the playlist.

What I would like to have an app that will allow me to play my music and if I like the song that I am playing, I can long press on the song playing or tap the song or swipe the song, and an option will appear to allow me to add it to a selected playlist.

Does anyone know of such an app? I have seen an app on you tube called Couch Player, it looks very good and it looks like it will do what I'm after, but it isn't anywhere to be found in the app store. Is there an alternative?

Hm, Spotify does have such an option, but it is an entirely different platform (i.e. you cannot listen to your iTunes or Music app songs via Spotify).
