iTunes cant send new music to iPhone5 with iOS7.0.2

When I install new music, which was sent from an IC recorder, or a podcast data into iTunes and then sync iPhone, they are never sent to iPhone.
So what I do every time is to erase all the music/podcast data first then copy all the data from iTunes again.
Is there any solution other than shuffle all the data every time?

This problem never happened until install iOS7.

Photo data are sent all right.

Are you manually trying to sync or is iTunes set to sync automatically?

Both. I connect the iPhone to PC then iTunes starts automatically and after it finished I sync them.
