You don't have local blobs that is why it is greyed out. The remote blobs is available so click that it will use the blobs on the Cydia servers.

But, dude. I didn't jailbreak. So, I don't have Cydia. I have the SHSH blobs saved in my documents.

I wanna downgrade from 7.0 to 6.1.3.

My bad you are completely right if you saved it local then you have it. Do you know where the app is looking for the blobs? maybe they have to be in a specific place. Alternately you could try using TinyUmbrella to set your machine to look locally for the blobs.

I know that this directory exists: C:\Users\"ADM"\AppData\Roaming\redsn0w\shsh

I put the .shsh file there, but redsnow shows the same problem. I started TSS server from TinyUmbrella as well, but its the same.

Can you help me, my friend?
