Anyone know how the  watch will connect to the iPhone? What if I have a  watch on and I am also trying to use wireless speakers? Will thy all work together?

The watch and phone are connected via wifi and/or Bluetooth. The watch will be able to connect to Bluetooth headphones independently of the phone. I assume you'll be able to select a Bluetooth source so it shouldn't matter if the phone is connected to external speakers.

So let's say I am on the train. I have my wireless beats in. They are connected to my iPhone. Would my  watch still get notifications? I am not connected to wifi ??

The watch will receive Bluetooth notifications from the iPhone still, indeed.
