Wonky behavior yesterday ... delete workout?

My S3 was acting weird last night. Every time I looked at it, it was displaying the maps screen with directions to get back home. I never even used maps the entire day on either my phone or watch. Then I woke up a few minutes ago to see that it had started a workout for the last 7 hours. I know it I could have accidentally enabled it in my sleep, but I find that unlikely. Is there any way to delete a workout from the activity app?

Never mind. I figured it out. Have to use the health app, which i never ever use.

Yesterday mine got glitchy with my manager GroupMe app. I had to turn it off and then back on. Took care of it. Never happened before. Weird
