Daytime sleeping

I work overnight and most of my sleep is during the day. I am looking for a sleep app that will record my sleep automatically. Any recommendations?

AutoSleep is the app I use.
If I remember correctly when you set it up the app asks for an estimate on when you usually sleep.

I use sleep++ and have tried loads of them linked to my Apple Watch. I do shifts which is generally 2x early shifts, 2x late shifts and 2x night shifts then 4 days off.... they ALL struggle to cope with that and they often get confused thinking I’ve stayed awake for 48 hrs at a time
