I wasn't disappointed at all. They had so much good stuff to share. This was clearly all about software. There was so much to share Tim didn't even give us that many stats. That man loves stats. If there is to be new tv hardware they will probably show it in the fall.

Because it’s a (software) Developer Conference. Hardware will come later.

I assume they're holding it until the iPhone 6 or another product launch event

We? ......Dude, I'm totally content with my ATV, and with all of the focus being on OS 10.10 and iOS 8, it's not a surprise that new or upcoming hardware wasn't mentioned.

If there is an Apple TV 4 this year, it will be at the hardware conference, this was the Developer's (software) conference.
