I just updated to iOS nine beta three on my iPad and I don't see the news app

I just updated my iPad air 2 to iOS nine beta 3 and I can't seem to find the news app even though I have seen all over that it has said that the new beta has the news app, I don't know why can someone help?

The News app is only currently only available to users whose Region is set to US. (Settings > General > Language & Region > Region > United States).
