whatsapp images open in Photo app in iphone 6s plus,

I don't want save that images in photo app, show me somewhere else.
Is there a way to store images other that photo app ?

That will depend on the app. Check the app's settings. If it does not allow you to save to the app itself, then it will save to the Photo app. You may be able to use the share feature to select something like Dropbox, but again, it depends on the app. I don't use the app you referenced, but hopefully, some one does will reply soon.
