WhatsApp photo profile not restored (new phone), what can I do?

WhatsApp "photo profile" not restored (new phone)

I restored a whatsapp backup but "group images" was not restored on my iPhone but if I use whatsapp web everything is ok?!?! (images were restored and every chat...idem...just the "photo")
Can you help me?
