need help transfering wallpapers

I was wondering if anyone can help me transfer wallpapers to my iphone 3gs and how to set them thanks?

You can sync them from your computer with iTunes or Find a wallpaper on your iPhone and hold your figure down on it [It will ask you to save].

I send via email. I find the wallpaper I want, download locally, then attach to a Gmail message. Get the message on my iPhone, save the image, voila!
