I charge my phone on and off all day and night. I have Qi chargers on my nightstand and on my desk at work (and a few other places). Whenever I’m there and not using my phone it goes on the charger. When I get into my car the first thing I do is plug it in for CarPlay, which also charges it. I use my phone a LOT, especially during work. I have yet to need an iPhone battery replaced and turned in my iPhone X after a year of use with 99% battery capacity.
Just use and charge your phone however it’s most convenient. Everything is going to be okay.
