Why don't I have iMessages, internet or Facebook and apps?

no imessages, internet or facebook and apps

Hi

All of a sudden 2 days ago I can't get on the internet, send or receive imessages, use facebook or apps like internet banking. I'm at home and have good Wifi and it says I'm connected. I've rung 02 and coverage/signal in the area is ok. The button on the top of my phone to switch it off is broken so can't turn off/on again. Driving me mad! Any help much appreciated.

Reboot the device... reset network settings...
