Why doesn't "night shift" work on the iPad With the 9.3 update?

I did the update 9.03 on my iPad and the "Night Shift" option does not appear. Why????

I've got the same issue. Upgraded to 9.3 (assume that's what originally poster meant), but don't see the Night Shift option like I do on my iPhone. The model is MC706LL/A (3rd Gen).

Just saw another post stating it's not available on the 3rd gen. Didn't expect that to be a feature that current hardware was needed for.

Night shift is only available on 64 bit iDevices.
