Why can't I make a Facetime Call?

I can make Facetime calls to most of my contacts successfully- bar one! I have name phone number etc entered and cannot see why when all the fields are entered, it still won't make the call. The other person has a new iPad Air, etc. etc so how can I find out what's going wrong? HELP..

Check if her connection is working fine, and then see if the contacts you have of the other person is correct.

1. Do YOU have a device that's FaceTime compliant?
2. Does the recipient have FaceTime enabled on his or her device?
3. Are both devices on and connected to the Internet?

If the other person has an iPad, then they need to enable FaceTime using their email address. If they also have an iPhone, then they can use that number. I think. I don't have an iPad, so...
