Why can't I get snapchat to re- download?

I have true periodically for months now, to re-download snap chat. When I go to the AppStore and search it, it shows the iCloud icon. So I click on it to download and it starts to load then goes right back to the iCloud symbol. I've tried everything and cannot get it to download. All I want is my snapchat back!!

Welcome to iMore! This happens every once in a while. Reset your device by holding the power button and home button down simultaneously until you see the Apple boot logo. If that doesn't work just give it some time and try to download the app again.
