When sending music via Bluetooth, does the connection require wifi or data to connect?

Another question, if I send music from one device to another via Bluetooth does this connection require WiFi or data to connect, or is Bluetooth a separate connection to WiFi or mobile data...thanks

Bluetooth is completely separate from Wifi or mobile data. They are not co-dependant in any way.
