When phone is placed on do not disturb does caller

hear two rings then voicemail on 1st attempt and then multiple rings on the rest if "allow calls from" bypass is enabled?

everytime i call this person on the 1st attempt i get 2 rings then voicemail
and then if i call again i get more rings...do they have they're phone on do not disturb?

Are you stalking someone? Your other thread appear to be associated with this one. If you’ve attempted to call someone and they don’t respond, so be it. They’re either busy or simply don’t want to talk.
