when i downloaded evasi0n i didnt get cydia!!!

i downloaded evasi0n and then started it up it started as normal it said to click the evasi0n 7 button so i did then it rebooted when it had turned on again i didnt get cydia the app still said evasi0n 7 please help im not sure what to do
