That's in the built in browser on Facebook. What did you click on to take you there? It looks like some kind of spam/scam. Don't click on anything. It's probably phishing for your personal information.

I immmediately clicked out of Facebook, then cleared the history and Data in Safari. I wonder would have happened if I hadn't clicked on it?

That was an attempt to scare you into purchasing an anti-virus app.
You may want to clear your "Facebook browser" data. It's buried in the Facebook app under privacy shortcuts/more settings/browser.

What if I delete Facebook app, then re-install it?
I don't have an answer for this question. I was only showing how to clear Facebook browser data, since clearing Safari history and data won't clear Facebook browser data.

I occasionally delete the Facebook app and re-install it. This always clears up a bit of memory on the phone. Facebook is a memory hog. I am still a bit unclear as how you clean up your Facebook cache?
