What iPhone 7 Plus wallet case will work over my catalyst Waterproof case?

I’m looking for a wallet case that I can use in conjunction with my catalyst Waterproof case. I know this would be a huge bulk that most wouldn’t be willing to lug around. I have precocious toddlers and if I could protect my phone from submerging and combine my wallet into that system I’d actually be lightening my load while keeping it all in one place.
